ROBOT MONSTER (1953)

A gorilla-like space alien has been sent to Earth as the advance party of an impending invasion and wipes out the Earth's entire population - except for one family. Ordered by 'The Great One' to capture several humans, the Robot Monster becomes confused once it is smitten with the last young Earth female, and then, after talking to it's 'Great Leader' for instructions, finds it "must recalculate!" on how to progress in the final conquest of the Earth.
